Lady and the Tramp: Spaghetti with Meatballs

¬ Ingredients
500g ground beef
100g bread crumbs
100g milk
1 egg
4 tablespoons of grated parmigiano
500g spaghetti
1/2 onion
400g crushed tomatoes
dried basil
¬ Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- In a large bowl, add the meat, the egg, the bread crumbs, the grated parmigiano, the milk
- Season with some salt, pepper and paprika and mix everything together
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking tray
- Cook the meatballs for about 40 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking
- Cut half an onion into small pieces and sauté in a pan with a drizzle of oil, until it becomes slightly transparent
- Add the crushed tomatoes to the onion and some salt, pepper and basil
- In another pot boil the water for the pasta. Once it boils, add some coarse salt and the pasta
- Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to sauce
- Mix it well and then serve it
