Makoto Shinkai's Weathering With You: Potato chips fried rice

¬ Ingredients

Rice
Potato chips
Pea sprouts or other small greens
Onion
Green onion
2 eggs
Soy sauce
Sesame oil or another oil

¬ Instructions

  1. Wash the rice until the water is clear and cook it. When the rice is cooked, gently mix it with a spoon to separate the grains.
  2. Finely chop the onion and the green onion.
  3. Separate one egg yolk from the egg white.
  4. Put some oil in a pan and heat it up. Fry the onions until they become a little translucent.
  5. Move the onions to one side of the pan, add some oil and fry one egg white and one whole egg.
  6. Once the eggs are cooked, add the rice and the soy sauce.
  7. At the end, add the small greens and the crushed potato chips.
  8. Arrange the rice on a serving plate and decorate with some fresh small greens, chips and the egg yolk.
