Makoto Shinkai's Weathering With You: Potato chips fried rice

¬ Ingredients
Rice
Potato chips
Pea sprouts or other small greens
Onion
Green onion
2 eggs
Soy sauce
Sesame oil or another oil
¬ Instructions
- Wash the rice until the water is clear and cook it. When the rice is cooked, gently mix it with a spoon to separate the grains.
- Finely chop the onion and the green onion.
- Separate one egg yolk from the egg white.
- Put some oil in a pan and heat it up. Fry the onions until they become a little translucent.
- Move the onions to one side of the pan, add some oil and fry one egg white and one whole egg.
- Once the eggs are cooked, add the rice and the soy sauce.
- At the end, add the small greens and the crushed potato chips.
- Arrange the rice on a serving plate and decorate with some fresh small greens, chips and the egg yolk.
